What is an official transcript?
A transcript is official when it is received by the college directly from the issuing institution in a sealed envelope or when sent electronically from a secure third-party document provider to admissions@rrmbaojie.com. Homeschool transcripts require documentation of NCDNPE registration and two years of nationally standardized testing to be official.
